PETER L. COSEO was born in Ogdensburg, New York on May 15, 1952. He was admitted to the New York and Florida bars in 1978. He achieved his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Ithaca College in 1974 and his J.D. from Union University, Albany Law School in 1977. He is a member of the Saratoga County and New York State Bar Associations and The Florida Bar.
